ESG Support Tool - As directed by your client engineer, download/run this tool to allow us to access your system for training or support needs. Click Open/Run and say YES/OK to the prompts to open the tool. Select your technician from the list by double-clicking.
ESG Ticketing System - Need to open a ticket? Or check the status of an existing ticket? Our online ticket tracking system provides your business the tools you need to manage your open tasks with us.
ESG LiveDrive Client - To access your ESG LiveDrive via a drive letter (for example, 'L') you will want to download and install this software. We have preconfigured the wizard with the most common defaults so just follow the prompts to install.
